NYU Chemistry Sends Contingent to Chemists' Club Gala

On December 15, 2011, The Chemists' Club held its annual Eggnog Gala to celebrate the holiday season.  NYU Chemistry Chair Mike Ward was in attendance, as were graduate students Brooke Bullock, Thomas Carberry, Mia Huang, Stephen Miller, Joy Romulus and Vi Tran, and postdoctoral fellows John Henssler and Zina Zhu.  NYU Chemistry student attendance was generously sponsored by Dow Chemical.  The event took place in the New York Academy of Sciences' beautiful space in downtown Manhattan.  Students from colleges and universities around the New York City area attended this, the Chemists' Club 114th Annual Eggnog event, bringing together members of past, present, and future generations of chemists and engineers.
