New York Nanoscience Discussion Group
This group meets four times per year in the New York University Department of Chemistry. Sessions feature three 30-minute presentations on nanoscience, one each with strong orientation in biology, chemistry, and physics/applied mathematics. Presentations will be focused on discussion of recent work, although speakers will be expected to place the work in a context understandable to a broad audience. Speaker order will not be announced.
Session Dates:
April 10, 2007
February 6, 2007
October 3, 2006
Meetings Meetings take place on the 10th floor of the NYU Silver Center, located at 31 Washington Place, between Greene Street and Washington Square East. Refreshments are served at 7:00pm in Room 1001P. Science begins at 7:30pm in Room 1003.
We gratefully acknowledge financial support from the NYU Department of Chemistry and from the New York Section of the American Chemical Society.
